HALTON HILLS PREMIER GATEWAY - PRESTIGE INDUSTRIAL
The Premier Gateway is a strategic location at the intersection of one of Ontario's busiest arteries, providing easy access to Toronto, Southern Ontario and major North American markets. ACTON INDUSTRIAL AREA
The Acton Industrial Park is home to a number of diversified businesses with over 800 jobs and almost 75 businesses and has a high concentration of small to mid-sized firms.
Halton Hills' newest industrial park, "Halton Hills Industrial Park" by Futura Properties Ltd. is a 55 acre fully-serviced site, located at 340 Main St. North with shovel-ready land available from 2 to 25 acres.
GEORGETOWN INDUSTRIAL AREA
The Georgetown Industrial Park is centrally located and is designated as a General Employment Area. This is a mature area so limited sites are available for building. The Georgetown Industrial Park is home to manufacturing, distribution and service companies. The park accommodates 4,610 jobs and 186 businesses and has the largest share of manufacturing employment among the business parks in Halton Hills, accounting for 84% of the Town’s manufacturing employment base and 72% of the total employment base within the Georgetown Industrial Area.
